Anekāntavāda

Video, 13 min duration

In this stop motion animation project,

Anekāntavāda, I question the way we

construct images of our those close to us. It

has been assembled by gathering personal

fragments of information about my friend,

pictures of her and her house, her recorded

voice, my memories of her, conversations with

her and her family, rumors as well as some

speculation about her by the people around

her. This animation, made with a collage of

informations, explores the relationship

between the mediated information about

others that we receive indirectly and how

we experience them personally and what we

believe them to be like .
